I entered the wrong email address at registration. What should I do?

Your tickets are sent to the email address used to register to the event. If you accidentally entered an incorrect email address, or you registered using Facebook login and are no longer using the email address associated with your Facebook account, then you will not receive your ticket. 

In this case, you can always easily retrieve your tickets in the Pelago app. Just download Pelago and sign-up with the email address you used to register to the event. Your tickets are waiting for you under My Tickets accessible from the left hand menu.

You can then update your email address under Settings - click on the wheel icon top right of the left hand menu, edit and update your email address.
