How can I add or update ticket types after my event has gone live?

You can always add or update ticket types after your event has gone live. To do so, go to your event dashboard on the Pelago app by clicking on "My Hosted Event" from the left side menu.


Select the event you want to add tickets to, then click on "Edit" top right. 


Then select the existing ticket type you want to update, or click on "Add Ticket Type" to add a new ticket type. 


You can update an existing ticket type quantity or price at any time. To create a new ticket type just fill in the field on the Add Ticket Type screen and press the Add Ticket Type button at the bottom of the screen.
