How do I invite people to my event?

Invitations to Pelago events are sent via email. Pelago allows you to easily build your mailing lists from various channels including your phone contacts and soon folders and Mailchimp.

From your event dashboard, click on "Invite".


You will then see your Invite Lists.  (You can also import contacts from your Phone by tapping the + icon).

From here, tap on the list or lists that you want to use for your event invite, and select Choose Invites From These Lists button.




You will then see all the possible contacts for your invitation.  You can tap the SELECT ALL button to send to all, or you can select / unselect individual contacts as needed.




In this example, we have chosen to send to all. 




Select Invite Now to proceed to send your invitation. 




For the last step, you can customize the message included in your curated invitation. The example below shows the default message. 

When ready, tap Send button.




You will see a confirmation prompt like the one below.



Those on the invite list will receive a curated invitation in their email inbox like the one below (shown here as viewed on mobile).
