Like anyone else we are tired of paying fees for purchasing tickets. That's why we encourage organisers to include the fees in their ticket price. This will help provide a better experience to your attendees.
If you need to charge your attendees the ticket service fees, you can still do so. When creating your event, at the last step, you will be asked if you would like to charge your attendees for the processing fee or if you would like to absorb it in the ticket price.
If you have already created your event and you want to check or change this setting, just go to My Hosted Events > edit > Advanced Settings > Guests Pay Fees. This is a toggle that can be set to Yes or No. Don't forget to Save after you change any settings!
You can always check by starting a booking of your event on either app or web to see if the fee charges are consistent with what you expect.
