I think I just bought tickets, but I'm not sure if my order has gone through.

When you buy your tickets through the Pelago app, your tickets are sent to you by email, and are saved in ‘My Tickets’ section of the app accessible from the left side menu.

If you haven’t received your tickets by email, please check your spam folder. If you can’t find your tickets under My Tickets screen, it may be that you have used a different email address to purchase your tickets than the address you’ve used to register on Pelago. You can check your email address on Pelago in My Profile in the Settings section of the app. You can change your email address there if needed.

If you bought tickets through the web after receiving an invitation to an event, your tickets are sent to you immediately by email. If you haven’t received them, please check your spam folder. If you are still having problems please email us at support@pelago.events
