What if an event is cancelled or postponed?

The event organiser is responsible for informing you of any changes to the event details including cancellation and postponement.  If you have not received relevant information regarding event changes, you should report this immediately to support@pelago.events. 

If the event has been cancelled,

any purchased tickets will be refunded and refund processing fees are payable by the event organiser. Pelago service fees are not refundable and the refund amount will be equal to the original ticket purchase amount less the ticket purchase Service Fees.

If the event is postponed,

you can keep your ticket to use on the proposed new date or you can forward your tickets to your friends. Or, you can request a refund if you wish (you will be charged a refund processing fee) and receive the original ticket price refund less the refund processing fee and ticket service fee.
