I created and published my event but I don't see it on the Explore page. Why not?

There could be a few reasons.

1) It is a private event. If you meant to publish a public event go to your dashboard, select 'Edit' then  'Advanced Settings' and change it to Public and then select Save.

2) Check your event details. Have you forgotten to set a location? Our explore page is done geographically so if you have not set a location it will not show up.

3) It could be your event is still being reviewed by our quality team.  Every event that gets published on Pelago is reviewed with the objective of making sure you as a Pelago customer have the best experience possible. This quality review usually takes less than a few minutes, but in some cases may take up to four hours. Check your email inbox for the related communication from us which will keep you up to date on the status of your event.
