You can create "secret" tickets on Pelago which are accessible only to those who know your promo or secret code. You can have as many secret ticket types as you want for an event.
When creating or editing your event, simply select "Add Secret Ticket" (see the highlighted area in the image below).
You will then be asked to provide the following:
- Ticket name, description, price, quantity.
For a secret ticket type, you are also required to enter at least 1 secret code. But you can add as many secret codes as you wish. To get started just tap on the "Add Secret Code" area as per the highlighted area in the image below for a new secret ticket type called "VIP access" with a ticket price of 780 HKD.
In the image below, you will see where the organizer has created code "VIP1234" for this ticket type.
(Note: Access Code Type is not required or used by the app at this point in time. It will be used in an enhancement to define different types of secret tickets in the future).
When you are done entering your secret codes for this ticket type, just tap Save in upper right of the screen.
You will see now on your event a new secret ticket type of "VIP access" as per the highlighted area in the image below. You know it's a secret ticket type by the special ticket type icon with stars :)
Now your attendees can access this secret ticket type on the Pelago app and on your web event page simply by entering "VIP1234" in the secret ticket code entry box.
The below image shows where you enter the code for the web event page during the event registration process.

You can have as many secret ticket types as you want for an event.
The only constraint is that a specific secret code can only be used on one ticket type across the whole event. For example, assume you have "VIP access" secret ticket type that has "VIP1234" as the secret code. If you create another secret ticket type called "Press and Media only", you cannot also use "VIP1234" as a code for that ticket type.
