What if I didn't receive my tickets by email ?

We will have sent you an email with your tickets to the email address you used at registration.  

Sometimes this email can get directed to your spam folder by your email service.  So first thing is to check there.

If you still can't find your tickets email, then you can always easily retrieve your tickets in the Pelago app.

Just download Pelago and sign-up with the email address you used to register to the event. Your tickets are waiting for you under My Tickets accessible from the left hand menu.

If you need to, you can also update your email address under Settings - click on the wheel icon top right of the side menu, edit, update your email address and save.
